As a refugee?

A refugee is an individual who has been persecuted in their home country because of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political beliefs, and has therefore had to seek protection in another country.

A quota refugee is a person whose refugee status has been ratified by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). Finland’s quota of 750 refugees per annum has been set by Parliament since 2001.
