The service is free of charge!

We have computers for our customers, so we can give advice on how to e.g. fill in a digital form online.

Welcome Office supports the relocation of international workforce to Ostrobothnia by providing basic information and guidance to you or your employee, so that moving to the region will go as smoothly as possible.
Welcome Office can guide on:

We facilitate integration to Finnish society and working life.
Welcome Office promotes integration, well-being and inclusion by facilitating access to information and guiding newcomers to appropriate services, as well as supporting individual immigrants’ opportunities to participate actively in Finnish society.

We collect and transmit regional information to our clients and stakeholders. Partners, such as the municipality, the third sector and educational organizations, are requested to provide us with information on e.g. current training, language courses, seminars, events, etc.
